Hello, Thank You for visiting our site. Here are a quick few things that we get the most emails on we hope this will help you and us.
Health and Shipping - We guarantee 100% health on all our geckos as well as live arrival please see our ordering terms before ordering your new gecko. Some of the geckos have certain requirements for them. Please read our care sheet on the geckos to help you better understand your pet.
Sexing your gecko - All our geckos are sexed before we shipped unless stated other wise. This is what we call Sex Temp. This is when the eggs are incubated at a certain temperature for male or female. So any gecko under 20 grams will be T.S. or temp sexed. We have sexed thousands of geckos and have been doing so for 10 plus years now. We are very good at it but some do slip trough the cracks so with that said 20 grams or less is T.S. or temp sexed. If you need to know for sure contact us and we will do our best but again is is a 99% experienced guess that's the best we can do please let us know if you have anymore questions Thank You
Enigma Warning - This is simple and easy we are not sure if you have bought an Enigma leopard gecko before, but all of them have some form of Enigma syndrome, and sometimes after the stress from shipping some star gazing or circling will show. Please give the gecko a few weeks to adjust to its new environment if this does occur. If you have any questions at all, we are more than willing to answer them. Thank you again
Help my gecko wont eat - If your gecko wont eat for the first few days or might act weird for a few weeks while it gets use to its new home. Geckos can get stressed from shiping so putting them in their new home and letting them be for the first few weeks is all they need. Please put them in the tank and leave them alone for a little while DONT FORCE FEED YOU GECKO CAUSE THEY DIDNT EAT RIGHT AWAY. This is not good just let them be and they will eat when they are ready they can go a GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME TILL THEY NEED TO EAT THEY WILL EAT WHEN THEY ARE READY. Please visit our care sheet to see more information on your new gecko.
